Lee Winters, son of Bobby and Carolyn Winters, will be the new band director at Canton Academy in fall '07. Lee graduated with honors from Canton Academy in 1998 and recieved his bachelor of music education from the University of Mississippi in 2006. 
"I am very excited to be coming back to Canton Academy to teach. I have very high standards set for the band program and the school as a whole, and I know we can achieve them together with a little work, sweat, fun, and team work."
