The Canton Academy Panthers 2010 football season officially starts Monday, July 26th.  Click on Important Information/Dates for practice schedule and times.






Varsity PARENTS (grades 9-12 & some 8th graders that are attending 2-a days with varsity): 


Please make sure you are at the parents meeting that Monday night, July 26th, at 6:30 p.m. in the field house in the big meeting room upstairs.  We will cover important information about the football season.  PLEASE make sure that both parents, if applicable, are there.  I have set up a Twitter account for quick info if there are any changes in times, etc.  This will help during the year to keep everyone up to date on what's going on.  I will cover this in detail at the meeting.  My user name is mwalker4407, or my email is mwalker4407@yahoo.com, so that you can follow me.  By doing that, when I twit something, it has to be 250 characters or less, it will be sent directly to your email and/or text to your phone.  I'm going to make sure that all the players do this for the same reason.

Junior Varsity PARENTS:

*SCHEDULE CHANGE*

7TH-8TH GRADE PRACTICE has been moved to the morning sessions. 7th and 8th grade football players need to be dressed and ready to practice by 7:30AM Monday August 2nd. Practice will conclude by 11:00AM. Originally, the varsity had a scrimmage Friday morning, and there was a parents meeting for Monday Evening, so it just made sense to practice in the afternoon. However, the change was forced by the varsity scrimmage being moved to the afternoon on Friday, Aug. 6th, and the cancellation of the parents meeting on Monday Aug. 2nd. I'm sorry for any inconvenience! Thank you,
